Since 1986 Herr Taratynov works in the "Grekow Art Studio" in Moscow.

in Moscow, Veghel (Holland), Den Haag (Holland), Innsbruck (Austria).

Interpretation

"The bear of the Russian Federation is covered with a tangle of wide ribbons, stripes, disconnected lines.

The Buddy Bear seems to be streak of strands, which start somewhere and end somewhere on the figure. Everything is - like the structure of the Russian Federation - not yet completed. A lot is still bridged, but the main-features of the system can be recognised.

Looking at the bear from some distance, one can also think of a picture taken of the Russian Federation out of space by night: big streets, illuminated cities, airports, runways etc."
