Interpretation

The infinite line of the horizon, a massive sun, a wind that is there one moment and gone the next and many small parts, like stones, clattering horses' hooves, chirping crickets: that's all part of a long day in the Mongolian steppe. Looking up to the sky you expect not to just see white clouds, but also gigantic dark creatures with wings shaped like flowers, gliding through the bright cosmos, you can see flying comets, you have a cheese in your hand, and then you're painting a bear in a depot in Berlin and want to paint a blue stain on its bottom, like young Mongolians have one in their childhood.

The bear represented Mongolia until August 2021.
