I am an airbrush-artist. I taught myself in airbrush-techniques since 1989. My technique is a mixed of the brush and the airbrush. The paintings depict a scenery of the lifestyle and the daily activities of the people in the Caribbean and in Africa.

Exhibitions: among other things Nürnberg, Erlangen and Paris.

Interpretation

On the front side of the Bear, one can feel and hear the beating of a drum, the playing of a "bamboo blower" and the rattling of an instrument (cha cha). These three musicians are playing, singing and dancing to the beat of a typical Haitian folk music.

The back side of the bear shows a merchant sitting and waiting in vain to sell her goods.
