Interpretation

I've taken the figure of the bear as a possibility to show the philosophy of the Good.

In spite of great misfortune the Kazakh people have preserved the most noble attributes of their nation: Love for peace and hospitality.

Everybody wandering through the vast golden steppe that the silk road went through several hundred years ago connecting Europe and Asia, can still nowadays count on this hospitality. During a journey through Kazakhstan which, according to its surface area, is the ninth largest country in the world, you'll encounter traces of history, but also results of new developments in all parts of life.
