"The German Embassy Manila is proud to announce that the Buddy Bears in Manila have finally been dressed for the occasion as the unofficial ambassadors of Germany – promoting messages of peace and friendship. From the Buddy Bear design competition held earlier this year, nine outstanding artists have submitted their entries with various interpretations of German-Philippine relations and cooperation."
