Exhibition Opening in St Petersburg

On 22nd June 2012, Dmitry Meskhiev (Head of the Committee on Culture of St Petersburg), Ulrich Brandenburg (German Ambassador, Moscow), Benedikt Haller (German Consul General, St Petersburg), Daniel Riccò (Cultural Attaché of the German Consulate General, St. Petersburg) as well as Eva and Klaus Herlitz launched the United Buddy Bears exhibition together with the sponsors of the event.

In the park in front of the Admiralty in St Petersburg, hundreds of guests came together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the United Buddy Bears’ global tour.

The new Russian bear – designed by Marina Muzalevski – was unveiled to start off the six weeks of the United Buddy Bears in St Petersburg.
