Children at the ARCHE Wedding say THANK YOU for the donations generated in connection with the Buddy Bear Quadriga at Neues Kranzler Eck in Berlin.

From 4^th to 6^th June 2010, the Werbegemeinschaft Neues Kranzler Eck and the Lions Club Meilenwerk organised a weekend filled with exciting events to raise funds for children in need. The summery weather, the great variety of stage productions and the children’s programme as well as the exclusive vintage car exhibition organised by  Meilenwerk Berlin inspired a large number of Berliners to visit the site of Neues Kranzler Eck next to the boulevard Ku’damm.

During the festive opening of the Buddy Bear Quadriga on 30^th April 2010,

Mrs Quilitzsch (Center Manager Neues Kranzler Eck) had already announced a future cooperation between the NKE and the ARCHE Wedding project supported by the association Buddy Bear Help e.V.

Thanks to the generous contribution of €2000 from the relief organisation OVB Hilfswerk Menschen in Not e.V. and the Lions Club Meilenwerk, Mrs Quilitzsch was able to present Mrs Herlitz (chairwoman of the Buddy Bear Help e.V.) with a cheque in the amount of €2700. On behalf of the bt sky-lift Zeilinga GmbH, Heidi Hetzer handed over a cash donation in the amount of €5OO.
